*Reservations must be received by the cut-off date of May 14th . Any rooms remaining in your group block after that date will revert back to the hotel for general sale and be subject to space rate and availability. 

* If reservations are made by rooming list, all rooms must be held with a valid guarantee method as follows: Credit Card Authorization form, Deposit of 1/3 of the estimated charges at the time of booking or Company Approved Direct Bill. The Client understands that this method of payment shall be pre-authorized and used in the event of no show or group cancellations occurring after the contract release date

* Guaranteed reservations which do not show will be charged for one night’s room and tax charges only. Guaranteed reservations are held for one night and not for the entire stay.

* All Reservation made by individual call in must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation policy on these rooms must be made 6pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. 

*Check-out time is 12:00PM, rooms will be ready for occupancy by 3:00PM on the day of arrival. We ask that your guests honor our check-out time on the day of departure to avoid a half day charge.

TEXTING OF UNION GRIEVANCE FORMS OR DOCUMENTATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE OR APPROPRIATE FOR GRIEVANCES.

GRIEVANCES ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE RECEIVED BY THE UNION UNTIL THE HARD COPY HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STEWARD EITHER BY HAND OR MAIL.

 IMMEDIATELY UPON INITIATING A GRIEVANCE, CONTACT YOUR ASSIGNED STEWARD TO ENSURE THE FORMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
